IPA is a premiere maritime training provider on the Department of State’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program deploying maritime expertise around the world providing maritime tactical training to police, security and military units that support U.S. Anti-Terror policies.
IPA specializes in Training, Services and Special Programs in support of clients in the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Intelligence Community and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. Our domestic maritime program includes support to U.S Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement, the Maritime Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and the United States Marine Corps. Internationally, Our relations with the US Maritime Administration (MARAD), the Gas and Oil industry and NASA afford us full access and use of fleets of merchant vessels, Gas and Oil Platforms (GOPLATS), and the Nation’s largest state of the art fresh water laboratory (pool).
